What areas do you deliver to?
We can deliver Australia wide – postage will be calculated when finalising your order and is calculated using the postcode of your delivery address. All orders are delivered via Australia Post.  I live in Bendigo. Can I pick up my order? Of Course! Please select the "VIC-FREE (Pickup from Bendigo)" option when completing your order and one of the Ivory Lane team will contact you to arrange collection. I want to order chocolate bombonieres and have them delivered. Will they melt? Ivory Lane Creations takes the utmost care when packaging all their goods and all perishable items are packaged in polystyrene cartons during the warmer months. This ensures your parcel stays at a consistent temperature during transit. During the summer months, to ensure highest quality, we do encourage you to collect your perishable bombonieres from the studio. Should you choose to have your parcel delivered throughout these warmer months, Ivory Lane Creations cannot guarantee their quality on arrival. What if I want a personalised design? Can I make changes to an existing design? We welcome your requests to change designs, colours or the opportunity to create a design specifically for you. Please contact us to discuss options. Is buying from this site safe? At Ivory Lane Creations your privacy and security of your information is of paramount importance to us and online payments are processed using CommWebb which is a premium e-commerce payment system. When you place your order, our site directs you to Commweb, which is operated by the Commonwealth Bank. Once your transaction is complete, you will be directed back to the Ivory Lane Creations site to complete your transaction. Where is Ivory Lane Creations located? We are located in Bendigo in Central Victoria and we have a studio that can be visited by appointment. Please contact us to make a time to view our extensive range of bomboniere. I cannot visit the studio during business hours. Can I make an appointment after hours or on the weekend? The team at Ivory Lane Creations want to make choosing your Bomboniere as convenient as possible and offer after hours and weekend appointments. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Is there a minimum order? Due to the unique design of many of our creations, minimum orders do apply. Details are listed next to each item on our on-line catalogue. Does Ivory Lane Creations have a customer satisfaction policy? Customer satisfaction is a priority to the Ivory Lane team. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. Can Ivory Lane Creations provide alcohol bombonieres? NO – Unfortunately we do not currently have a liquor licence and cannot provide alcohol bombonieres. Can orders be changed or cancelled? We make an effort to honour changes to an order if it has not been processed. Once an order has been processed we are sorry but changes or cancellations cannot be made. What is the delivery time on orders? As most orders are for a specific event, we will work within your timeframes but please allow a minimum of 14 days for your order to be constructed and dispatched. Personalised ribbon & customised orders take up to 28 days so please allow for these timeframes when making your selection. If you require a last minute bomboniere for your special event, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss options. What happens after I place an order? Once we have received your order one of our team will contact you to ensure that all your requirements will be met. Please remember to leave a contact number and/or an email address.
